Sealing

We offer a full line of exterior waterproofing sealants that are specifically designed for the masonry units on your new or old building. Applying a quality sealer slows & helps prevent environmental damage, and improves the look of any structure.

Tuck-Pointing

Repair of masonry joints, commonly known as tuck-pointing. Deteriorating or cracked mortar joints must be repaired for structural integrity.

Masonry Replacement

Full masonry replacement if necessary, matching existing masonry as close as possible. We work with all types of masonry including brick, stone, block, and rock.

Caulking

Control & masonry expansion joint sealing, commonly known as caulking. This includes floor joints, masonry wall expansion joints, stone coping joints, and sidewalk & building perimeter joints, and window caulking. Caulking can be done on a new or old building.

We can provide complete removal and replacement of caulking if needed. Caulking is matched to the specific needs of the Building.

Cleaning

Environmentally Friendly Hot Water / High Pressure Cleaning that can remove up to 95% of structure stains without chemicals.

With over 30 years of experience in the trade of building restoration, owner Thomas Kloeppel knows how to get things done.

Tom launched T&J's in 2001 after noticing a void for quality building repair. He's led small and large projects for educational, public sector, and religious institutions in the Missouri area ever since.
